SCRATCH & WIN 2009 GIBRALTAR
Bases of the Promotion of Magners
1: The trading company WM MAGNERS, LTD., Spanish Branch (Travessera de Gràcia, 18-20 Ático 3, 08021 Barcelona), shall carry out a promotion under the mode of “straight present and limited guarantee” through the instant card "scratch & win", allowing the participation of all consumers at least 18 years old, who buy their MAGNERS products (pint or draught), which shall take place in 34 bars open to the public in Gibraltar from the 15th of June to the 30th of June of 2010, both inclusive or until the stock of presents to be distributed in each of the bars has been exhausted, according to the following terms and conditions.
2: The object of the present promotion consists in letting the public at least 18 years old know the MAGNERS products (pint or draught) which shall be available in 34 bars open to the public in Gibraltar.
3: Prizes for the present promotion consist in the following "straight presents and guarantees" which shall be awarded through the instant "scratch & win" card in each of the 34 bars where the present promotion is taking place:
- 340 t-shirts of exclusive MAGNERS design
- 510 caps
- 340 beach wraps
- 1,190 bags
The above mentioned prizes shall be given at the various bars open to the public at a rate of 70 prizes per each bar amongst those mentioned in above paragraph.
4: The mechanics of the promotion consists in that all those consumers at least 18 years old who buy, in any of the 34 bars open to the public in Gibraltar where the MAGNERS products are being promoted, 2 pints or 2 glasses of draught of MAGNERS, shall be given a "scratch and win" card through which they may obtain any of the prizes described above, until units available in each bar are exhausted.
The above prizes shall be given at the bar itself and after exhibiting the scratch and win card giving evidence of the present won.
WM MAGNERS LTD., for force majeure reasons, reserves the right of substituting above presents for others of similar value and characteristics.
The Promotion is limited to one prize per person per day.
5: The prizes of the present promotion shall, in no case, be subject to change, alteration, compensation or assignment at the request of the winner.
The period of any claim due to a problem or contingency in connection to the present promotion shall expire three months after the promotional period ends.
6: Employees of WM MAGNER, LTD., of Magners Distributors and of a MAGNERS itself cannot take part in the present promotion, and neither direct relatives of the same, including those of the companies participating in the present promotion and those younger than 18 years old.
7: The participants, just for taking part in the present promotion, accept its bases and the criterion of WM MAGNERS, LTD. regarding the settlement of any matter arising from the performance of the present promotion.
8: Winners of the present of the present promotion authorize WM MAGNERS, LTD. to use their name and image for publicity purposes in the advertising material related to the present promotion.
9: WM MAGNER, LTD., those responsible for the bars or MAGNERS are not liable for any possible losses, damages, robberies, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties which may affect the performance of the present promotion or even the presents once they have been given to the lucky winners.
10: Bases for the present promotion have been filed and registered with the Notary Public Mr. Peter A. Isola, with offices in Portland House, Glacis Road, Gibraltar where they shall be available to any person who may wish to consult them.
