Magners announce new three-year deal for Northern of Ireland Golf Championships
Magners Original Cider has announced their continued support of one Ireland's best-known amateur golf competitions the North of Ireland Golf Championship by signing a new three-year deal with the Golfing Union of Ireland (Ulster Branch).
Ivor McCandless, Chairman of the Golfing Union of Ireland (Ulster Branch) announced details of this year's competition, at the launch at Shandon Golf Club. The event will be played at Royal Portrush Golf Club teeing off on Monday 14th July culminating with the final on Friday 18th July 2008.
The Championship is one of the most anticipated amateur competitions of the golfing season attracting some of the most talented golfers in Ireland. A championship event, which continues to offer one of the most, sought after amateur titles in Irish Golf.
